Jora series caters to specific needs of users with mild to profound hearing loss. Meeting the requirements of appearance and power for hearing aids, Jora also strengthens product function，which is based on a four−channel compression circuit featuring Adaptive Feedback Cancellation, Adaptive Noise Reduction, FrontWave Directional Microphone, 12KHz Bandwidth , Wideband Gain and Volume Control. etc. Jora series is specially designed for users to find a good solution to their specific hearing loss.

ISD Intelligent Spectrum Detection processing system

ISD , as an accurate, reliable and steady sound processing system, has the latest precise ability of sound analysis, detection and the function of ultra-speed sound processing, that can guarantee Jora’s perfect timbre.

Wide Dynamic Range Compression (WDRC)

WDRC, with a low threshold of activation, is designed to distribute signals between a listener’s hearing threshold and discomfort in a manner that matches loudness growth. It provides more amplification for slight sound, while less amplification for loud sound.

The squelch region within each channel implements a low level noise reduction scheme for listener comfort. This scheme operates in quiet listening environments (programmable threshold) to reduce the gain at very low levels.

Adaptive Feedback Cancellation (AFC)

Based on a phase cancellation method, Jora’s Adaptive Feedback Reduction algorithm provides 17dB added stable gain to enable user comfort and open fitting. It features rapid adjustment for dynamic feedback situations and resistance to tonal inputs.

Adaptive Noise Reduction (ANR)

The noise reduction algorithm is built upon a high resolution 64−band filter bank enabling precise removal of noise. The algorithm monitors the signal and noise activities in these bands, and imposes an accurately calculated attenuation gain independently in each of the 64 bands. The Noise Reduction algorithm efficiently removes a wide variety of types of noise, while retaining natural speech quality and level. The level of noise reduction is configurable to 3, 6, 9 and 12 dB of reduction.

FrontWave Directional Microphone

The FrontWave directional system utilizes a pair of microphones to

create a fully customizable static polar pattern, that is hyper−cardiod, which is operated by delaying the rear−microphone signal and subtracting it from the front microphone signal. It focuses the front sound source that can guarantee the speech definition in noisy environment

Super Quiet

Super Quiet provides users an amazing tranquility and comfort in quiet places. The squelch region within each channel implements a low level noise reduction scheme.

Automatic Telecoil

When the user lifts phone close to the hearing aid, Jora 9 will automatically switch to tele-coil program and will bring you a relaxing and amazing hearing experience.
